Mosques flourish when prayers (Salat) are offered, but the story is different in Shia mosques which are under construction from many years due to lack of funds needed to build. People do their best to raise funds for these mosques. The Shias mosques particularly of Baba Mazar, Gasiyar, Bota Kadal, Lal Bazar are under construction since several years ago.
